Katharine Hearn

Head Of Overseas -UK

Katharine is an experienced recruitment specialist and a qualified teacher who started working in the Education Recruitment sector in London in 1998. Katharine has been working across our group for 15 years and since 2022 she has returned to working within London, placing our fantastic overseas candidates in schools and trusts across the capital. Katharine has a superb knowledge of the Education sector and she believes in a transparent service built on honesty, openness and providing clients with quality candidates. She works passionately to give both her candidates and clients a first class service. Katharine has placed MPR, UPR, and overseas trained teachers as well as middle and senior leaders throughout her career.

Emma Roberts

Overseas Director

Emma has 26 years of experience working in the Education recruitment sector and is a qualified secondary teacher. She has experience teaching in Australia and the UK. She has worked in the UK as a specialist consultant supporting overseas teachers into UK schools. Emma has a wide knowledge of global teacher markets and has been responsible for managing large-scale resourcing teams. She is responsible for the marketing, strategy, and development of key relationships with tertiary institutions to Emma operates with integrity and offers a highly transparent and knowledgeable service. She currently operates the ‘Teach in’ brand from our Australian office.

Katherine Gibson

International Relationships

Katherine is an experienced Education Consultant, specialising in vetting and presenting quality international teachers to the UK market. Katherine has 16 years of experience supporting teachers into roles within schools across the UK. She has worked across several agencies and managed teams of up to 14 staff in the Australian office. Katherine is a British born, qualified secondary teacher with experience in both the UK and Australia. Katherine understands how to identify the right candidates to suit the needs of British schools and offers a clear and transparent service.
